Interior & Exterior Design – Palo Alto, San Francisco Bay Area

DESIGN415 transformed a Palo Alto primary residence into a serene, contemporary home with Asian-inspired design elements. Originally a small accessory consultation, the project evolved into a multi-year, full-home interior and exterior design renovation.

Key areas included:

  • Living Area & Primary Bedroom

  • Home Office & Home Theater

  • Wine Cellar, converted from a modest closet into a temperature-controlled showcase

  • Outdoor Spaces: patio, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, dining, and entertaining areas

The design features natural materials such as hand-woven Indonesian window coverings, Tibetan wool rugs, hardwood flooring, and wood finishes. Art and furnishings, including antique Japanese decorative pieces, were thoughtfully curated throughout the home.

Color selections created a warm, cohesive palette of whites, wood tones, and beiges, turning cold grey walls into a calm, inviting environment. Outdoor elements, including a fire pit with energy-efficient controls, enhance both function and style.

This project demonstrates DESIGN415’s expertise in residential interior and exterior design, remodeling, and multi-phase home transformations.

“Words can’t describe how happy I am with my home. They were easy going, extremely efficient, and exceeded my expectations. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.”
